would u say tat Razak Baginda was freed, and need not enter his defence, is because the soon to be PM needs his advice, and tat he can't lose him...
If Razak Baginda was a nobody, not is not "useful", i think he would stil be in the lock-up...

He is a scape goat who had been promised big bucks and yes too that too, the soon to be PM might need his advice.
I think if he is nobody, he would dissappear by now, like the rest
